We Have Had a Flood, What Should We Do?
After your building is flooded either from a natural event such as heavy rainfall or something like a burst pipe, the first thing you must do is contact your insurer. Repairs cannot be undertaken until your insurance company has assessed the damage, what is covered under your policy and has given you the go ahead to make repairs.

If you are living in a rented property then you must also contact your letting agent or landlord as they may need to make a separate claim. You should then contact us, Complete Environmental Services offer professional flood & sewage restoration services to both commercial clients and individuals across the entire UK.

Please Note: If you flooding has been caused by an external force i.e drains overflowing caused by torrential rain, this type of flooding is known as grey or black water flooding and may contain sewage - this can be extremely hazardous to health and your property will need to be thoroughly dried and decontaminated.
